I have known about the South Shore Resort for many years, but just as of last summer inquired about it. It looks like a completely different resort since Jeff took it over 9 yrs. ago. He has done so much to make it a home away from home for everyone. This summer I finally got to use the facilities for myself. We had our family reunion here and it was so much fun. You don’t have to leave the resort at all if you don’t want too. It has everything you need from swimming in the lake to kayaking, boating, fishing, children playing in the sand and me relaxing on the beach in the warm sun. There’s a play ground for the children, shuffle board, ping-pong, bicycling, basketball and much more. And you are a walk away from an ice-cream store which my grandchildren enjoyed. The best part of all is watching the sunset over the lake. Gorgeous! Thanks Jeff for making it our home away from home. See ya again I’m sure!
